Day 18, 15/06/2018. Enjoying the scenic lakes and mountains of Montenegro, as I proceed to southern Croatia.

Montenegro was a bit of a surprise. I hadn’t done any research on this part of the continent, so I was quite impressed by the country’s topography. Incredible coastlines, numerous beach resort towns, massive inland lakes and scenic roads that pretty much blow many of Australia’s offerings out of the water.

Although I only spent 24 hours within its borders, it was an experience that will bring a lasting memory. Absolutely a highly recommended motorcycling destination.. but, for now, I must head up to the north-west and return to the EU. I am running out of time, and must make it to Germany within the next couple of days. The game is on!
